The SQS™ Skill Centre

SQS™ ensures that it remains at the pinnacle of the industry, through a close working relationship between its key members in all areas of the business. This involves a high level of free flowing communication between the various divisions whether operational or commercial. This ensures consistency of quality in its work throughout all facets of our business. These key members, who include the Directors, are readily accessible to office staff.

This makes for a diverse pool of talent, which gives SQS™ a solid overview of its corporate and day to day services.

In the office; promotion through internal recruitment is always the preferred option and when required for training purposes, the company will pay for individuals to go on training courses to nurture the skills of talented individuals. On site; SQS™ utilises an online system not only to monitor the quality of work being done, but also to see who constantly performs well and who needs training to bring them up to the standard expected at SQS™.

SQS™ Training Academy

There is a long term goal of establishing a training school for young persons wishing to enter the industry. The driving force behind this is to raise the quality of the work in the industry as a whole and to secure a pool of talented individuals who can continue the level of excellence that is associated with SQS™.

Our ongoing plans include developing an Academy for young persons, to help drive the company into the future with a workforce that can continue to deliver the unrivalled quality associated with SQS™. Coupled with a continual investment in new plant and machinery, it is evident that SQS™ is on its way to becoming recognised as the No. 1 reinstatement company.
