Ontrack™ is a unique online system that allows all parties involved in a job or project to monitor the progress and quality of the work being carried out. It plays a pivotal role in successful First Time Reinstatement and makes it easy to recognise good workmanship from bad in real time using e-mail, MMS messaging and iPhone image technology.

Ontrack™ also provides the ability to manage and control projects with confidence, ensuring the right resources are in the right place at the right time, providing seamless work flow.

From the moment a job is entered onto the system our clients have the ability to manage and track the progress with on-site work updates direct to their desktop PC. From the planning stage to completion, the use of Ontrack™ allows investment for succession planning and improving customer service, by bringing the clients together as a team.

Although Ontrack™ is a first in the industry, it is simple to use. It fundamentally relies on pictures being taken by a person on site making the progress of the work, visible to all parties throughout all stages of the process. It is because of the easy operation of Ontrack™, that it makes itself a user friendly management solution.

From a commercial perspective, not only can the quality and progress of work be monitored, but it can also help identify the training needs of gangs on site, to help raise the quality of the work being carried out, offering confidence and peace of mind that the job is progressing towards a satisfactory conclusion.
